**Terms and Conditions for Riffe Media's Pitch Perfect BootCamp**
Welcome to Riffe Media’s Pitch Perfect BootCamp ("BootCamp"). By enrolling in our BootCamp, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not enroll in the BootCamp.
**1. Overview**
Riffe Media offers a Pitch Perfect BootCamp consisting of live training and coworking calls designed to help participants develop and pitch their podcast ideas. The BootCamp includes live sessions, supplementary materials, and community support.
**2. Enrollment and Payment**
- **Enrollment:** Enrollment in the BootCamp is open until the specified registration deadline.
- **Payment:** Full payment is due one-time payment or provided payment plans.
- **Sales Are Final:** All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers for the BootCamp. By enrolling, you agree to this no-refund policy.
## **3. BootCamp Schedule and Participation**
- **Schedule:** The BootCamp consists of 6 weeks of live training and coworking calls. The schedule will be provided upon enrollment.
- **Participation:** Active participation in live sessions and coworking calls is encouraged to maximize the benefits of the BootCamp. Sessions will be recorded for later viewing by participants.
- **Missed Sessions:** If you miss a live session, recordings will be made available. However, live participation is strongly recommended for the best experience.
## **4. Content and Materials**
- **Access:** Participants will receive access to all BootCamp materials, including recordings, worksheets, and supplementary resources.
- **Intellectual Property:** All BootCamp content, including but not limited to recordings, materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Riffe Media. Participants may not distribute, share, or reproduce any BootCamp materials without explicit permission from Riffe Media.
## **5. Code of Conduct**
- **Respect and Professionalism:** Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during all BootCamp activities. Riffe Media reserves the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate behavior without a refund.
- **Collaboration:** The BootCamp encourages a collaborative and supportive environment. Participants should engage constructively and respect the opinions and ideas of others.
## **6. Technical Requirements**
- **Equipment:** Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in live sessions and coworking calls.
- **Software:** The BootCamp may require the use of specific software or platforms. Participants will be informed of these requirements in advance and must ensure they can access and use the required tools.
## **7. Liability**
- **ROI:** While Riffe Media aims to provide valuable training and support, we will continue to work with you for a specific amount of time to book your first interview. If all training and work has been completed.

- **Changes to Terms:** Riffe Media reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
- **Acceptance of Amendments:** Continued participation in the BootCamp after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
