Terms and Conditions for Riffe Media's Pitch Perfect Program
Welcome to Riffe Media’s Pitch Perfect program. By enrolling, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not enroll in the program.
1. Overview
Riffe Media offers the Pitch Perfect program, which includes live training sessions, co-working calls, supplementary materials, and community support designed to help participants increase visibility through podcast guesting and pitching.
2. Enrollment and Payment
- Enrollment in the program is open until the specified registration deadline.
- Payment is due in full at the time of registration or through a provided payment plan.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or transfers. By enrolling, you agree to this no-refund policy.
3. Program Schedule and Participation
- Pitch Perfect is an 8-week program (9 weeks for VIP participants).
- The program includes live teaching and accountability sessions twice a week. The schedule will be shared after enrollment.
- Participation in live sessions is highly encouraged. Recordings will be available if you are unable to attend live.
4. Content and Materials
- Participants will receive access to all program materials, including live session recordings, templates, resources, and supplementary guides.
- All materials are the intellectual property of Riffe Media. You may not distribute, share, or reproduce any content without written permission.
5. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally.
- Riffe Media reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they display inappropriate or harmful behavior toward others.
6. Technical Requirements
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet access and working equipment to attend live sessions and participate in community spaces.
- The program may use platforms such as Zoom and Slack. Participants are expected to use and access these platforms regularly.
7. Disclaimer and Results
- While Riffe Media provides tools, training, and support, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
- Participants are responsible for completing the work and showing up fully to see transformation.
- We will work with you throughout the program timeline to help you develop and send your pitch, but we cannot guarantee specific placements or bookings.
8. Amendments
- Riffe Media may update these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
- Continued participation after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
