SHOOT YOUR SHOT CHALLENGE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Event 
Shoot Your Shot Challenge ("the Challenge") is a live, virtual event hosted by Riffe Media LLC running August 25–27, 2026, with an optional VIP bonus call on August 28, 2026. All sessions run 12:00–1:30 PM EST unless otherwise communicated to registrants.

2. Registration & Access
Registration confirms your spot and includes access to all live sessions for your selected tier (General or VIP) plus session replays. Replay access will be available within 24 hours of each live call and remains accessible for 4 weeks.

3. Payment & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the live, time-limited nature of this event, no refunds will be issued once purchased*.* If Riffe Media LLC cancels or reschedules the event, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future offer, at their choice.

4. VIP Tier
The VIP add-on includes access to the bonus Q&A + live feedback call on August 28. VIP status must be selected at checkout; it cannot be added retroactively once the Challenge begins unless expressly approved by Riffe Media LLC.

5. No Guarantee of Results
Riffe Media LLC provides education, coaching, and live feedback to support your pitching and outreach efforts. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, response, booking, partnership, or result from pitches sent during or after the Challenge. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, your positioning, and the recipients you contact.

6. Live Session Participation
Live sessions may include open feedback on participant-submitted drafts, pitches, or outreach plans. By submitting material for feedback, you consent to having it discussed live and, where applicable, referenced in replays. You're welcome to redact identifying details (names, companies, etc.) from anything you don't want shared publicly.

7. Recordings & Intellectual Property
Sessions may be recorded for replay purposes and internal use by Riffe Media LLC. All Challenge materials, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of Riffe Media LLC and are for your personal use only — not for resale, redistribution, or use in your own paid programs.

8. Code of Conduct
This is a shared container. We ask that all participants engage respectfully — no harassment, hate speech, unsolicited selling to other participants, or disruptive behavior in live sessions or associated community spaces. Riffe Media LLC reserves the right to remove participants who violate this without refund.

9. Schedule Changes
While we intend to run all sessions as scheduled, Riffe Media LLC reserves the right to adjust session times, dates, or format due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

10. Limitation of Liability
Riffe Media LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from pitches, outreach, or asks made by participants during or after the Challenge, including but not limited to rejected pitches, damaged relationships, or unmet expectations. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
